| Established in the year 2017, the NPK compound fertiliser manufacturing plant of KHB Nusantara, occupying its own land with an area of 15.65 acres, is located at Seguntor, Batu 10, Labuk Road, Sandakan. |
| The principal activities of KHB Nusantara are manufacturing and supplying fertilisers to the estates of the KHB Group and to other local oil palm plantations in Sandakan. |
| Fertilisers produced are of the NPK type namely Compound 12/6/27/4+1B and Compounds 15/15/15, 15/15/6/4, 12/12/17/2 and several types of fertiliser that meet customers' specific requirements. |
| The production capacity is about 4 metric tonnes per hour. |
